After my oil change, I was ready to pay and the lady that attended to me told me that I do not need to make any payment, I was shocked, when I asked why she said it was my 3rd visit and that it would be free. That was so sweet and they were very professional

Ashley Smith is awesome! I definitely recommend her making sure that the job is done the way it should be. She is very understanding and listens to the concerns of her customers. Everyone else there at Tim’s were very nice as well. I definitely recommend Tim’s Automotive for anyone needed anything done with their vehicles.

This is the first time that I have been to Tim's Automotive and the experience was definitely five stars. The staff was very efficient and everything was done quickly. I needed to wait my car so it was very important to me that the service was done quickly and efficiently.

Incredibly helpful and kind, no idea I was able to get a rental car through Tim's at no cost while they worked on my car but Ashley set it all up for me! Great service and fast 🙂

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional. One of the technicians went for a ride with me in the car in order to identify the sound I was hearing. It really helped diagnose the problem.

I got into a wreck traveling to philly from Maryland the night before Thanksgiving off I-95. Danny came hooked me up and set me up well so that my folks would arrive and pick me up. Excellent service overall. Quick and fast service
